Well, it looks like he cant even hire decent people to make this project work. A rating of 2 stars out of 5 and another of 1 star out of 5 kind of speaks for itself.

I get that this was opening night but I also expected that there would have been a soft opening where some of the major kinks would or should have been worked out. Not so much.
We arrived (three of us) at 5:30ish and there where plenty of empty tables but due to the backlog in the kitchen noone was being seated. Really?! On opening night? The three bars were all full but we managed to get drinks relatively quickly. Drinks in hand but without a place to sit or stand that was not in the flow of traffic, we wandered around the bar and finally decided to sit at one of the many empty tables as we waited for a table that was open and where service was being provided. Fast forward 5 or 10 mins and we were asked by the hostess to leave an empty table for no reason other then it was a table that had no one serving it. We were not looking for service we were looking to get out of the way. The hostess did not care.
Sometime later we finally were seated for dinner, ordered a second round of drinks (all the same) some of which were served half full $14.00 a drink btw. Back that drink went.
Dinner was another bust. Mahi Tacos tasteless and fries that were greasy. A Bison burger that was nothing to write home about nor was the ratty lettuce garnish. The mustard however, which I did not try appeared to be a hit.
Hey, how was the Woods? Bad, but the mustard was great. Something wrong there.
Overall a major dissappintment. Place looks nice and it did not appear crowded. Loud.

First of all I would give the management there zero stars if available....here is the reason why! Myself and my husband applied for jobs as servers at this restaurant (Brad is the service manager) maybe he will "remember" his exact words after reading this ..but anyway my husband was told by Brad during his interview that "He was waiting for someone to say what you said all day" ..."You do not need to say no more...I'm putting you down as hired"! " We need a confident man on our team." And to end the interview ..."I'm going to call you on Monday or Tuesday this week". "We are starting training on July 27th.....blah,blah..."! All a bunch of BS...no phone call to either him or I ... Even though he told us both he would call and let us know if we were hired or not. Wow ! So ,people like this are managing this place? What poor management skills! I expect high employee turn over because of the management here. Seems like he (Brad) needs to learn some basic skills when dealing with employees or potential employee. Obviously he is a man with no integrity or honesty. As far as the food here I will never go there to try it...but from other reviews and photos it looks like an overpriced sports bar! Doesn't look like a place I would wait to be seated at. I would much rather go cross the street to Tommy Bahama restaurant for a much more relaxed dining expirence and to mention a much quieter one! Thanks but... no thanks! I guess my husband is better off not working here in the long run.
